Here is the workout schedule for Saturday: We will have a deck of playing cards that we’ll shuffle. We draw a card and that card signifies an exercise. So we have:
Two: Grok Crawl
Three: Duck Walk with Zercher carry
Four: Litvinovs
Five: Sledgehammer Swings
Six: Speed Drags
Seven: The Inquisitor
Eight: Divebombers
Nine: Chain Rows
Ten: Plank Rows
Jack: The Gauntlet
Queen: Burpees
King: Farmer’s Walk
Ace: Tabatas (each participant picks a station)
As for suits, they represent the following:
Clubs: One pass or ten reps
Diamonds: Two passes or twenty reps
Hearts: Three passes or thirty reps
Spades: Four passes or forty reps
We will set the timer for an hour and keep drawing cards and doing as they dictate until the timer goes off. If we hit the same workout twice on the day, we’ll skip it and draw again.
